Deliverables:  - Build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels  - Responsible for executing the learning & development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs, delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training  - Design & execute Learning Calendar for leadership/ iconic/ behavioral skills programs  - Starting from Communication Drives to create Awareness about the PMS system, Training first time Managers on how to conduct effective Appraisal, collation of the inputs received from the various functions / zones, Facilitate the Normalization process,   - HR would facilitate action planning sessions, continuous and open communication channels, complete engagement with the Organization through Formal forums like - ECF / Melt In/ Skip level.   - Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organisation, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative technique to create a positive culture of appreciation in the circle, within and cross functionally  - Create the right atmosphere and initiate the right activities which would build the required environment as per the business requirement. Drive the Customer Centricity Agenda for the circle through CEB and functional support  Demonstrate (Key competencies):  - General management  - High on interpersonal skills.  - Sound analytical skills  - Knowledge and latest trends in HR  - Strong communication skills and should be able to lead cross functional teams.  - High level of planning & execution capabilities  Educational Level   Must have: MBA from Tier 1/2 B School  Work Exp - 1 - 4 yrs
