Purpose of the Job  - B2B/MDU service delivery  - New product testing, deployment & Delivery  - Product Quality & Innovation  1. B2B/MDU Service Delivery  The incumbent would be responsible for end to end life cycle management of our B2B vertical. The major deliverables would be as follows:   a) Formulating strategies and operationally managing acquisition and on boarding of B2B customers.  b) Would be responsible for the base management of the entire B2B customer base.  2. New Product Testing & Deployment  a) Service Strategy for New Product Development  b) Technical Interface between NOC & field service teams.  c) B2B / MDU product training to the field.  3.Monitoring Product Quality & Innovation  a) Hardware failure analysis  b) Identification of new technologies & its effective use to enhance customer experience  c) Understand the requirement and driving automation facilitating the field team  Demonstrate:  a) Knowledge of MDU & Cable network and topology   b) Analytical ability   c) Planning & Deployment   d) Vendor management   e) Cross functional coordination   f) Domain knowledge of all products   g) Field experience in various domain e.g. DTH, BB & wireless technologies   h) Understanding field working & challenges   Education Level  B.Tech preferably with MBA   Working Experience  6-8 years of experience in customer service field operation in MDU and RF / Cable tv domain
