Purpose of the Job  The role would partner with business to ensure all HR support is provided to enable business results.  The position will be responsible for all HR practices - talent acquisition, management, engagement, learning and development, performance management and HR analytics for the organization.  Deliverables :   Partner with the business to maintain optimal structures in the given LOB   Drive Talent management of all resources in these verticals - at a national level  Drive performance management of all critical role holders centrally   Drive Learning & Development agenda for these LOBs centrally   Responsible for HR analytics eg attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times. Maintain HR costs and headcount within AOP  Lead the HR agenda from Design to delivery for 400 employees across centre and circles, work closely with functional directors and senior stakeholders across two diverse functions   Individual Contributor role with support from SMEs for Shared Services, P&R, TMD and TA   Typical 3+1 KRAs :   Managing People Engagement & attrition   Leading the Talent Development agenda   Managing productivity measured along Headcount & Cost   Enabling structured learning coverage and ensuring learning delivery of minimum 5 Man-Days annually  Educational Level :   MBA in HR (preferably from top tier institutes)   Working Experience :   5-7 Years of Experience
