Purpose of the Job:  Responsible for workforce planning & complete recruitment life cycle for senior-management positions for all SBU's of airtel (Mobile, DTH, Enterprise Services, Network Services, Telemedia, Shared Services) across geographies. The job requires efficient hiring with key focus on hiring metrics like TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, Cost & Quality of Hire.  Deliverables:   1) Responsible for Workforce Planning for business units   a. Identifying critical, unique/niche & mass positions for building a talent pipeline  b. Industry/Organization mapping for critical positions  2) Complete recruitment life cycle management for all SBU's for senior management   a. Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR  b. Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment   c. Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality  d. Responsible for assessment and selection of the right talent by using relevant tools like competency based interviews, OPQ, Ability tests and the like  e. Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview  f. Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with head-hunters, line manager & candidates.  g. Managing effective and smooth on boarding of new hires   3) Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals (TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition : Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire, Gender diversity); analyzing hiring gaps and designing hiring guidelines to get desired quality and cost  4) Periodic analysis and improvement of talent acquisition process via various short term & long term improvement projects like TA Manual, talent market share etc.  5) Organize and drive effective training for line managers on MRF creation, selection process & usage of recruitment tool.  6) Responsible for operational projects that deal with a range of manpower related issues Major   Educational Level : MBA in HR from premier B-school   Working Experience : At least 6-9 years of experience in Generalist HR/Core recruitment role
