Job Purpose:  Incumbent will be responsible for-   1. To establish width and depth of distribution of 4G data service activations, that would translate into data revenue.  2. Optimize channel partner returns in terms of ROI and ensure mutually healthy returns  3. Information mining to facilitate review and action plan at the zonal level for 4G data activation through retail.  Principle Accountability:   To increase the width and depth of distribution of 4G data devices and high end handsets - Distribution Expansion, Distribution resources mapping, optimizing the distribution assets created  Channel Establishment - Roll out channel for 4G devices distribution, Setup a structures channel partner entry into the system, evaluation and review  Increase data service penetration in High end Handsets - Tie up with handset vendors for market activations on data services  4G Customer Gross, REC, Net adds Thru retail acquisition - Driving the 4G activation thru zonal teams for device activations  Optimize Channel Partner returns in terms of ROI& Retail engagement - Review the current CP structure and stretch the rupee spent on channel wherever required. Retailer engagement program and visibility drive for dongles  Key Decisions  1. Appointment of new/existing partners for dongle distribution.  2. Tieup with Handset vendors   3. GAC strategy for the month  4. Distribution objective setting  5. In-shop visibility and promoter activities  6. BTL around data & devices  Good Project Management & Execution Skills.  Good distribution Knowledge. Exposure to Concept Selling preferred.  Strong Communication Skills  Education Qualification - Full time MBA with around 6 -8 years experience, atleast 2 of which are to be in telecom - Data / Devices
