Purpose of the Job   - Product Management, P&L responsibility and growing the existing business of Access MATE ( Machine 2Machine – projected to be a USD 373 Bn global market by 2020) , Location Based services and new product initiatives in M2M across the Enterprise and SMB space for India.  Deliverables  Driving Profitability Access MATE and Trace MATE product  - Maintain efficient pricing based on the revenue market share, customer acquisition strategy  - Run target oriented promotional schemes and plans for sales channels  - Looking at main cost levers and improving bottom line by increasing efficiencies in the same  - Provide strategic and tactical support to PSS and sales teams for large business closures   Increasing Market Penetration   - Development and execution of segment and competition specific strategy.  - Working with sales teams and channel partners to identify un-penetrated accounts and potential for M2M connectivity and applications  - Run marketing campaigns for promoting awareness of M2M products and services  New Product development  - Drive product and process innovation to deliver highly scalable and profitable solutions  - Engage and work closely with cross-departmental teams to bring new features to market  - Strategize, Conceptualize & Launch the new cinema Products / Features and develop the same as per product road map and market requirements.  Cross Functional Training and skill building  - Coordinate and work closely with cross functional teams on launch of new and enhancement of existing products- Namely BSG, Projects and CFM   Educational Level - MBA/Engineering  Working Experience  - 6 to 7 years of experience in Business development, Product Management or Pre Sales in Technology company
