Product Manager - Global VAS & Mobile Data - Manager  Purpose of the Job  - To develop, implement and drive Global Wholesale VAS and Mobile Data products in order to significantly enhance the business performance across the Group .  - Responsibility for the P&L and product experience for the products. This includes regular tracking of market performance and customer feedback and development of market insights leading to specific and measurable actions  - Taking the role of Product Owner to work closely with the vendor organization and other stakeholders in delivering new features and experiences. This involves owning the product life cycle along with defining GTM strategy, maintenance of the operations, product strategy, alignment with Global Business strategy, participation in planning and reviews, and progress reports to stakeholders  - Continuously develop the product to be world class providing agility and flexibility for business through platform strategy - enhancing current revenue realization, supporting future revenue streams and ensuring customer delight (ease of access/use)  - Provide market insights, competitive analysis, audience opportunity etc. Turn strategy into actionable plans  - Ensure product adoption at one-airtel level across all 20 airtel opcos  - Work with a cross functional team in airtel and the vendor organization to  - Ensure availability, capacity and accurate billing  - Handle escalations as required to ensure quicker resolution of problems  - Responsible for sustained improvement in operational KPIs  Deliverables:  - Develop and own the product strategy for assigned products  - Own every aspect of the market performance of the product by defining and reviewing key performance metrics, aggregating user feedback and reporting performance to a broad group of stakeholders on a regular basis  - Create and drive Go-to-Market plan for the Global products  - Maintain priorities for the development team to effectively plan and deliver against. Work closely with the other to maintain a coherent cross-platform experience.  - Interface with cross-functions teams in CRM, Billing, Order Provisioning, fault management, revenue assurance etc. to create the product and its fulfillment processes   - Product pricing strategies and implementation across the globe.  - Provide market insights, competitive analysis, audience opportunity etc. Turn strategy into actionable plans.  - Execute on our global strategy and deliver value in-market   - Training of the India and global sales teams and provision of relevant product information to them to drive and improve their revenues  Education Qulaification: BE/BTech and MBA  Working Experience: At least 5 years of work experience and 2 years in Business Management at a Telco and Strong knowledge of VAS products and technology   Dimensions
