The area contributes to around 60% of total Opex of the mobility organization which needs to be tracked, monitored and controlled in a well-organized manner in order to achieve a higher scale.  Job Profile  Overall OPEX control processes   1)Negotiation with Tower Co. for meeting network requirements  2)Contract governance & Management for Tower Co.   3)Defining and Monitoring KPIs and SLAs of the Tower Co.  4)Preparation of the AOP for the category being managed  5)Developing the system for Network OPEX measurement & Analysis   6)Financial analysis of scenarios to take well informed decisions  7)Identification of potential areas for cost reduction   Cross functional   1)Team formation comprising of circles, cross functional representation, outsourced agencies to achieve organizational goals and targets.   2)Defining task and key objectives of the Projects with timelines to team members   3)Facilitating circles and other customers to achieve their targets.   4)Regular interaction with circles, educating the changes in the contracts, supporting in implementing the contracts with the vendor.  5)Interacting with cross functional team for projects implementation, Innovation Identification of areas where innovation can be done for improvement in cost and customer satisfaction   Vendor Management   1)Streamlining the vendor payment process and its tracking   2)Governance with the Vendor for resolution of disputes   3)Measuring the deviations and its control processes  Education Qulaification: B.TECh/MBA from Ties Institutes
