Network Sourcing - Manager/Sr.manager  Job Purpose:  - To procure Network products for Bharti Airtel Ltd. and to implement the world's best procurement practices (including Competitive bench marking & target pricing)  - To issue RFPs, Bidding, Negotiations, Contracting and SCM Governance.  - To drive the Capex & Opex cost reduction to meet or beat the AOP / Budgets.  Expected End Results:  - Selection of suppliers/ partners to fulfil the business requirements based on TCO model  - Achievement of optimal price level/ SLAs with the selected suppliers, keeping tab on the market prices and intelligence thereof  - Maintaining win- win relation with the suppliers/ partners and resolving the supplier issues as and when it arises  - Single point of contact for any escalation by suppliers and or mobility requirements  - Inviting supplier bids, comparison & evaluation, negotiations, NFAs, LOI/ Contract formation, SLAs and other contract exhibits  - Monitoring supplier's performance and developing improvement action plan along with Suppliers and internal Systems and Processes team  - Rationalizing the number of suppliers through leveraging the synergy across various businesses of Bharti Airtel  Educational Qualifications:   - Engineer with strong negotiation skills and overall technology market knowledge. Management graduate is preferred.  Relevant Experience:   - Has 5+ years of Sourcing experience, Techno-commercial experience with good knowledge of Wireless Network/ VAS products, Tendering and Bidding processes.   - Also preferred is thorough knowledge about Contract terms and Business in general.
