Incumbent will be responsible for-
1. To establish width and depth of distribution of Dongle and data service activations, that would translate into data revenue.
2. Optimize channel partner returns in terms of ROI and ensure mutually healthy returns
3. Information mining to facilitate review and action plan at the zonal level for dongle and Data activations through retail.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Is to increase the width and depth of distribution of dongle, handsets and other data devices and high end handsets like iphone, BB
2. Channel Establishment
3. Increase data service penetration in High end H/s
4. 3G dongle Customer Gross, REC, Net adds Thru retail acquisitions
5. Optimize Channel Partner returns in terms of ROI& Retail engagement
It will also require to make decisions regarding:
1. Appointment of new/existing partners for dongle distribution.
2. Tieup with Handset vendors
3. GAC strategy for the month
4. Distribution objective setting
5. In-shop visibility and promoter activities
6. BTL around dongle and devices
Skills Required:
Good Team Management & Leadership Skills.
Good distribution Knowledge. Exposure to Concept Selling preferred.
Strong Communication Skills
