Purpose of the Job:  - Responsible for Service functions (Installation, activation and fault repair, Retention and Churn) for DTH across a region and to lead a team of installation people to ensure timely and high quality installation and activation as per targets.  - Responsible for customer delight through effective delivery of Installation and Customer Support Process.  - Ensuring effective hiring, training and certification of Installation staff for effective Customer Service Delivery.  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for Service Delivery for across India. This is functional ownership ensuring financial and non-financial parameters delivery.   - Service Partner Management from the perspective of work, billing, material and inventory management.  - Detailed focus on First Time Right (FTR) and ensuring the FTR targets are met.  - Ensuring that all Financial & Non-Financial Parameters are delivered as per the targets.  - Responsible for the operational management and analysts on churn & retention. Focus on task and subject specialization in churn & retention.   - Ability to track the customer behavior, trend lines and forecast /predict customer behavior and launch proactive action plans.  Educational Level : Graduate/BE with experience in Telecom/Telemedia & MBA.  Location : Hubli.
