Job Purpose:  1) Design and execute the employee engagement framework (incl employee townhall, Reward & recognition, leadership connect, Fun@work...) in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity   2) Drive Learning and development initiatives across center and circles through creation of learning calendar, driving nominations, liasoning with trainers, organizing workshops/e-learnings etc and ensure timely updation of the learning portal  3) Responsible for HR analytics eg attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times  4) Responsible for maintaining repository of organization structures and ensure timely updation  5) Responsible for smooth onboarding & induction of new joinees/trainees through various stakeholders  6) Support in performance and talent management cycles (incl KRA setting, performance and talent review, increment and promotion cycles); Responsible for execution of the panel process and program management of agreed action items  Need Candidates from Tier 1 colleges.
