Job Purpose:  The key outcomes of this role is   - Is to increase the width and depth of distribution, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues.  - Channel satisfaction levels.  - Optimize channel partners returns in terms of ROI and ensure mutually healthy returns.  - Information mining to facilitate review and action plan at the zonal/district/town level.  - Channel operating manual and standards.  Principle Accountability  1. Is to increase the width and depth of distribution, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues - Distribution resources mapping and optimize the distribution assets created. Set up a structured channel partner entry into the system with a system of evaluation and review  2. Channel satisfaction levels - Rollout channel satisfaction study and roll out corrective action plan  3. Optimize channel partners returns in terms of ROI and ensure mutually healthy returns - Review current channel structure and stretch the rupee spent on the channel, wherever required.  4. Information mining to facilitate review and action plan at the zonal/district/town level - Distribution led MIS and benchmarks  5. Channel operating manual and standards  Key Decisions - Appointment of a Non-FMCG channel partner for our business & New town rollout plan  Dimensions Impacted:  Revenue, Subscriber base, Budget  No of sub-ordinates (direct and indirect)  Geographical span ( circle job / zonal job/regional job)  Roll out standardized processes  Distribution evaluation criteria  Channel satisfaction roll-out  New town roll-out review and action on infrastructures  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate / PG  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE -   Exp. in Sales & Distribution for 8-12 years in case of PG & more than 12 years in case of Graduate.
