Business Solutions Manager - Ad Sales  Airtel is looking out for Ad Sales Manager for its App WYNK. Driving sales for Airtel and Wynk's advertising inventory including traditional mobile advertising channels, ad-network/DSP, ads on Wynk Music, Rewardtunes, etc .  Candidate Profile :  - Month on month growth of ad sales across channels, Work with internal mobile advertising team to agree on pricing, margins for the ad inventory across channels  - Design and execute communication (i.e. sales decks) for advertisers and acquire advertisers for individual products + entire suite of products  - Work with marketing/ad agencies and create a coherent sales plan across channels .  - Work with partners and product teams to provide advertiser feedback and improve product proposition, create new ad formats  - Work with teams from multiple LOBs of airtel to drive substantial amount of advertising for them through the ad inventory to target airtel users, provide feedback to internal teams on what's working, what's not (targeting, creatives, etc) basis learnings from the ads served .   Key Competencies :   Strong aptitude to understand the airtel network and digital infrastructure   Self-motivated and flexible around time and volume of work   Possess skills around leadership and influencing cross-functional teams   Able to build and nurture professional relationships with peers from multiple teams as well as marketing leaders at key advertisers   Should have Ability to multi-task & deliver stretched targets   Capability to drive collaboration and conclusion   Work Experience :   Work experience in telecom systems and ways of working   Should have sales experience, preferably ability to manage large/key accounts/B2B sales   Understanding of digital products / apps. Should have effective verbal, and written Communication skills (in English)   The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and platforms. He or she will be comfortable marshaling large amounts of data to make decisions and build business cases. This person should be someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great customer experience.   The position is located in the Wynk HQ at Gurgaon .
