Purpose of the Job:  - Responsible for end-to-end execution for campaigns defined by circle/MO team and publishing standard status update trackers, while ensuring close coordination and communication with circle /MO marketing and CSD teams.   - Analyze campaign efficacy  Deliverable:  - To ensure monthly / fortnightly offer plans are in place for each circle/MO including 100% KPI validation and creation, Campaign Feasibility check and New theme launch follow ups.  - Analyze campaign efficacy  - Working with circle/MO theme owners for feasibility of campaign execution  - To ensure execution of campaign as per circle/MO request in best possible turn-around time (as per pre-defined SLAs)  - Managing the inventory (tariff master, tariff plans, component list, package ID etc) and interfacing with RA for reconciliation  - Publish standard activity trackers (KPIs) and communication trackers for each circle/hub  - All new segment verification   - Campaign (IVR/SMS/EDM/OBD) approvals  - Online subscription creation/testing, circle interactions, NPD and complaint management  Educational Level:  - Graduate / Post graduate (MBA preferred) Working Experience   - 4-6 Years of experience  - Experience in a post-paid Mobility environment
