Purpose of the Job:  - To facilitate the CEO in setting the strategic direction for the company, in terms of targets, budgets, customers, processes and employees, to drive company growth.   - Serve as an independent consultant and evaluate business decisions from a third party perspective, against the Company targets.  Deliverables:  - Work closely with all the HODs and Finance team during the business planning and AOP exercise.  - Enable relevant and insightful business review by analyzing regional, vertical and product specific strategies and performance vis-à-vis business targets.  - Provide quarterly and annual corporate reporting and revenue forecasts to Airtel Centre  - Based on the allocated budget and actual expenditures, study the possibilities of cost optimization  - Organize and facilitate circle-level reviews and executive meets by providing the agenda and areas of concern.  - Analyse and collate individual business reports / MISs to prepare consolidated reports, presentations and business performance snapshots for the meets.  - Obtain issues and inputs from executive committee and management team.  - Cascade corporate communications from CEO to function heads.  - Identify competitive challenges in the market and facilitate design of action plans to meet them.  - Undertake business consultancy projects to assist business units in identifying areas for business performance enhancement.  - Analyse sales performance for all verticals and products division to identify factors which are blocking growth and make plans to manage them, along with the sales team.  - Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate feasibility of developing strategic partnerships with other organizations and vendors.  - Drive corporate projects and strategic assignments.  - Get buy-in of CEO and function heads on company-wide initiatives and drives  - Drive design of focused plans to target customer dissatisfaction areas and ensure they are supported by all the concerned functions.   - Review and monitor action plans for sustaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.   - Enhance business efficiency  Major Challenges:   - Analyse and collate data available on disparate and standalone systems to prepare business reports and presentations.  - Provide explanation for month-on-month variation in revenues to PO.  - Prepare accurate revenue forecasts reports despite absence of revenue forecasting tools.  Educational Level: Tier I/II MBA / PGDBM /Engg grad (BE/ BTech)	  Working Experience:  Manager: 4 - 6 years
