AIMIA - Analytics/Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

- Ability to come up with KPIs, dashboards, reports based on the data points for CXOs, Directors, Manager and Operations/Marketing/Sales Teams.

- Processing data every month end, to ensure quality and integrity, data warehousing and reporting development

- Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems,Innovating new approaches where required.

- Ability to interpret analytical findings for multiple audiences, extract insights and Visually communicate effectively.

- Articulate and document project requirements and client meetings

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Desired Experience and background:

- Strong report conceptualisation and development capability demonstrated through experience in current job.

- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) field as Functional Consultant, Reports & Dashboard Designer and Business Analysts

- Having worked in BFSI and Retail Domains

- Technical expertise regarding understanding of SQL, Tableau, or any other reporting tool will be added advantage.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of statistics is required

- Management Graduate

- Reports to Associate Director – Analytics
