We are having an urgent opening for In house Lawyer (Para Legal to US Atorny) for a US Based Healthcare company.   Knowledge and experience of US Law and US Legal contract, drafting is mandatory.  Person will work close with our US authorities in US Shift (Night Shift as per Indian time).  Salary Range : Between 6 LPA- 10 LPA + Other Variables  Job Description :   - Candidate must have full fledged knowledge of the U.S. Laws, so that he would be able to take the legal decisions himself and proper assistance is expected to our board of Directors.  - He will be responsible for drafting contracts, making policies and other legal requirements at the time of decision making.  - He has to make sure that the policies and contracts are as per the latest updated U.S laws.  - He will be responsible for reviewing various agreements for the existing or new businesses in U.S.  - He should be having very good Communication skills, so that the interaction with the Lawyers in U.S. would be effective.  - He must be having content writing skills, so that the contract drafting would be effective.  - In short, we need an in-house Lawyer who is going to handle all the Law & Legal work of our existing and the new centers in U.S.  Experience Range - Person must have Min. 4 years of strong experience with any US Law firm / LPO or working as a personal lawyer to any US Client.
