- End to End recruitment - Requirement Analysis, Sourcing, Screening, preliminary interview, Scheduling, Interviewing, Negotiation, Offer and On-Board activities.

- Campus Recruitment

- Organizational Development

- Training & Development

Work Experience:

- 12 years to 19 years in end to end recruitment activities and campus hiring.

- Willing to travel across the country. Able to identify and coordinate with colleges for hiring needs.
