AGM - Strategy

Areas Of Responsibility :

Preparation & Implementation of Business Cases/ Action:

- Evaluate, Identify, Prepare Business Cases for different segments on the market potential, competition, SEI's prospects, etc which includes Information collection & analysis, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Action Plans, Execution

- Control & help in deployment of Business Action Plans to ensure long term accelerated Profitable Growth and Leadership Position Partial Market Share

Contribute to Country Strategy Formulation & Implementation:

- Deployment & building excellence in Country's strategy deployment by providing inputs to IMT for decision making, providing basic infrastructure in terms of processes, dashboard, functional responsibilities to the sales team

- Partial Actual vs. Planned

Strategic Programs:

- Contribute to Business Cases for Strategic Programs through Market Interviews, Customer Interviews, Market Surveys, Internal Brainstorming and then provide/present scenarios to the Steering Committee

- Supportive Specific to any program launched

Contribute to Business Development Activities :

- Provide inputs to team / Contribute to Business Development activities and any specific initiatives Supportive Completion of deliverables specific to the role

Full : Fully responsible for the results of the work

Partial : Partially responsible for the results of the work

Supportive : Provide support to the person accountable for the results of the work.

Qualifications :

Education : Engineering / Business School Graduate

Job Related Experience : Around 2+ yrs in (Strategy, Marketing)

- Business Understanding Strong ability to visualize, identify trends in the market & formulate scenarios, should be able to work seamlessly with stakeholders (internal& external), understand market dynamics & lead team for business development programs

- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Ability implement new initiatives, Management Skills
