Position : AGM/ Sr. Manager Indirect Taxation

Responsibilities

- Supervise/Ensure the adherence Acts/ Rules and Procedures related to

- Provision of VAT Act (All India basis) and CST Act

- Areas related to Central Excise Duty, Service Tax and Customs Duty

- Foreign Trade Policy – specifically in areas relating to Exports Benefit provisions & Procedures

- Support in formulation of policies relating to indirect taxation for the entire organization and ensure its implementation

- Liaise with SBU Finance team to advise them on matters related to indirect tax

- Keep oneself continuously abreast latest developments in areas related to indirect tax and take proactive actions for benefit of the company

- Ensure the professional development and engagement of subordinates in the team

Candidate Profile

CA/ICWA (Inter or qualified)/MBA Finance with Work Experience 10+ years of relevant experience is most desired Experience in industries like Auto, Auto Ancillary, Capital Goods, FMCGs with mid-sized ,large companies.
