We are looking for AGM – Quality for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company based at Dehradun / Agra.

Relocation Expenses involved will not be borne by the client.

They provide a hallmark of the services in IT & BPO outsourcing, local government, home affairs, defense, science, nuclear, health, education, welfare to work and to the private sector.

Salary - As per the Norm

Work experience : 10-12 years , DOMESTIC BPO / TELECOM At least 6 years in the telecom domain – either for the telecom service provider or for the contact center

Profile Insight

- These positions are for National Coordinator for Quality

- Will require extensive traveling (15-20 days in a month)

- The number of sites mentioned is subject to change

Job responsibilities

1.Setting up quality monitoring processes for new and existing clients

2.Will be responsible for delivering on all quality and CSAT metrics

3.Will have to liaise with training, quality, hiring etc to ensure complete involvement in delivering quality

4.Will have to liaise with the client on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

5.Will have to attend MBRs, QBRs

6.Will be responsible for process improvements where quality/CSAT metrics are not meeting goals

7.Will have to build development plans for the quality team

Profile/skills

- Should have relevant experience in transactional quality and process improvement wsrt quality metrics

- Knowledge of COPC, Six Sigma, Lean desirable though not mandatory

- Great communication skills

- Competencies to checked would be customer focus, learn ability, ability to get work done, good analytical skills (ability to read, interpret data)

- Should have handled big teams and/or multiple sites

- Should have handled a client facing role
