AGM - Project - Real Estate

- Significant experience in projects for the construction of High Rise Structures, Commercial & Residential Buildings, Club House, Luxurious Villas and Primary Substation.

- Heading end-to-end Project activities encompassing, Budgeting, Planning, Design, Construction and Handover to client.

- Expertise in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills, emphasizing on multi disciplinary coordination in Project Management and troubleshooting various issues.

- Finalize Specifications, Drawings, BOQ and conditions of Contract.

- Expertise in Design Management and coordination of multiple design elements in the technical building such as Architectural, Structural, MEP Services.

- Key expertise in planning and execution of Fast Track Projects.

- Monitoring and Supervising for the proper execution of works in accordance with the intended design and contract specifications and ensuring Quality Standards and design intents are met.

- Excellent relationship management, cross-functional coordination and communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, and statutory agencies.

- Internal auditor for ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS-18001-2000.

- Monitoring the Progress at site as per the programme and in general.

- Review and Approve payment certificates for contractors.

- Coordinating with in house Architects,MEP department.

- Arranging special meetings for special issues with consultants, in house Architects, MEP department and contractors.

- Have budgetary control on the project and bring to the notice of the Management for the forecasted variations and obtain necessary approvals for the same.

- Monitoring the site for the quality of the works carried out and makes sure that Material used are in compliance with our specifications, selections and are up to the acceptable limits.
