Company Overview  Delhi Internatioanl Airport Ltd (DIAL) is a joint venture consortium of GMR Group, Airports Authority of India, Fraport and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).  In January 2006, the consortium was awarded the concession to operate, manage and develop the IGI Airport following an international competitive bidding process. DIAL entered in to Operations, Management and Development Agreement (OMDA) on April 4, 2006 with the AAI. The initial term of the concession is 30 years extendable by a further 30 years  Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) has been ranked 2nd best airport in the world at the Airport Council International’s (ACI) Annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards 2013.  Responsibilities:  - Develop the Annual Marketing Calendar and budget.  - Brand – Manage, Develop & Re-design of Brand and ensure consistency. Design and manage the new Retail Brand logo. Designing of retail templates, and ensure delivery of creative requirements to the business team.  - Marketing Campaigns – Manage activities and campaigns successfully to improve footfall and conversion ratios.  - Digital Marketing - Increase in social media outreach during the Marketing Campaign. Develop and maintain website, increase e-commerce and reach of mobile application  - DIAL/GMR image - Ensure maximum visibility at various forums and International platforms, including award submissions, speaker and panel opportunities.  - Internal and External communication - Manage daily/monthly communication to business partners on all updates as well as Press and Media House releases. Ensure clear communication throughout the terminal, including all signage and promotional campaigns.  - Market Research - Develop a Market Research Calendar, and ensure continuous inputs to the business team.
