Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading Systems and Processes for the Entire Employee Life Cycle of employees across the organization is going to be a core role.

Set procedures for on boarding new employees including orientation tools and processes.

Work very closely with functional heads on issues related to manpower budgeting Device tools for Assessment of probable candidates.

Setting up and driving various processes for employees including Campus Programs, Employee Policies, Attendance Systems, ERP, Manpower Hiring Process etc.

Working closely with the Business HR team on headcount issues Streamline the existing HR Operations i.e., handling the all issues related to employee life cycle management.

Team under him: 2-3 people

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Well rounded business background and acumen with the ability to be a strategic partner.

Ability to work independently and make decisions that are consistent with the culture and business strategies of the company.

Willingness to change, flexible.

Able to work in an open, business focused environment and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.

Able to communicate at all levels. Seen as a champion of the business goals and employee development.

Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations in a positive manner.
