Function: Food Head  - Should have manufacturing/ production experience in managing extrusion cooking systems like Wenger in food and feed processing industries, and relevant products like textured soy, fibrous soy protein, soya chunks etc  - Experience in managing Flour Mills would be a critical requirement of the role, as Soy flour (source of low-cost, high-quality protein, Concentrated, light in weight, stable during long storage, and highly nutritious) is a critical component of the output-deliverable.  - Knowledge of TQM/ GMP is required.   - Candidates must be B. Tech/ B.E from reputed institute with 15 years’ experience or specialisation in Food Technology with 18 years’ experience in similar industry.
