AGM - Financial Planning & Analysis/MI Reporting

- Preparation of the WB/CB Schedules in Pipeline Collection System (PCS) for the Actual, Budget & Forecast.

- Preparation of various Management information reports with Geography, Product, Segment & Client dimension (primary source of info will be from PSGL, CB/WB Cube, RMI & PMI)

- Preparation of Daily Balance sheets with movements

- Preparation of Cost reports at Function level and Department level

- Reconciliation & Controls activities (TP GL recon, Position recon, Sundry Suspense recon)

Compliance with Group Accounting Policies and local regulatory requirements:

- To ensure both regular and ad-hoc management reporting requirements are met

- Ensure that the data reported are accurate and submitted on time

- Assist in process enhancement/ streamline

- Ensure adherence to the risk management framework in identifying, controlling, monitoring & reporting of risk.

- Ensure KCSA checks are carried out adequately and in timely manner
