Compliance on transfer pricing  Desirable. Responsible for applicability of Direct Tax Avoidance Agreements and respective compliance on organization  Manage tax compliance and representation / correspondence with Revenue Authorities / Tax Practitioners.  Experience in VAT, WCT and other applicable laws  Ensure compliance of Indirect taxes, service tax  Managing statutory books of accounts, financial statements and annual reports  Monthly closing as per calendar/reporting deadlines  Strong knowledge of balance sheet  Review of all fiscal issues arising from various agreements / contracts.  Responsible for Audit Coordination at Group level - identification of issues & bringing to closure.  Knowledge of Indian accounting standards  Desirable Knowledge of IFRS
