Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by one of our leading clients in the organized retail business to hire for the profile of AGM/DGM/Senior Manager - Institutional, Government and Hospitality Sales (IGH).
Key Deliverable / Responsibilities:
- Retention, development and expansion of existing clients in Institutions, especially the hotel industry including resorts and guest houses and Government bodies (CSD).
- Identifying green field projects and converting them in business.
- Ensure timely collection of payment and profitability of each account
Tasks To Be Performed :
- Developing effective relationship with the hotels for generating revenues.
- Deciding and negotiating on the commercial terms based on business viability

- Computer proficiency
Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to an MBA graduate from a Tier1/2 business school with the right experience and contacts across the Gifting/ alliances business.
