We have an opening for Senior position with one of our reputed clients which is also a leading company in building materials for Pune/Nagpur Area.

Incumbents from Telecom specially from handset industry will be preferred. Should have worked in capacity of state head/regional manager/AGM etc. Channel/distribution handling exposure is must. Detail Key responsibility areas are given below:

KRAs :

Sales Planning And Achievement :

- Setting agreed annual targets based on value, product volume and channels (Distributors, Dealers, Channels, Builders, Contractors, Corporate accounts) and meet defined target achievement quarter on quarter. To meet sales category mix. Ensure presence in 80% outlets of the target segment.

Team Management & Planning :

- To identify scopes of improvement, discussing, motivating, channelizing a large set of people to achieve target. To ensure achievement of targeted acquisition of new accounts and retention of new accounts by managing cordial relationship with the channel partners. Ensure GIL acquire prime space in the Dealer store. Ensure branding and awareness inside the store.

Cost Management :

- sales and expense budgeting of the region. Control cost and expenses to improve profitability. Responsible for zonal P&L, Variance from Budget; Cost saving of 10% against budget.

Credit Control :

- Control credit by timely collection. Minimize revenue leakages through bad debts. Address disputes on time to minimize payment defaults. Minimize bad debt and credit to sales ratio.

Manpower Management :

- Recruitment, Training and development of Sales team under him. Motivation and retention of staff. Succession planning through training and coaching of each level of employees reporting.

MIS :

- Competition tracking, product and services feedback own vs competition, customer feedback, weekly and monthly reports as required by the management.

Incumbents should have strong exposure in Handset/telecom/building material(any) industries only.
