Urgent Opening with a leading Wind Energy MNC   Designation: AGM/ DGM Quality Assurance  Accountabilities:  Major Activities:  Key Performance Indicators:  Heading Vendor QA in China:  - Inspection of Electrical/Mechanical Components/Fabricated items including NDT  - Preparation of testing procedure for relevant components.  - Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan and checklist for components  - Evaluation of Supplier performance and process capability  - Implementation of corrective and preventive action on Quality issues at supplier end and drive Quality   Improvement programme:  - Preparation of MIS, Gap analysis.  - Managing a team of Quality Engineers.  - Meeting annual business targets  Coordination with manufacturing plants and Sites for QA and other improvements:  - Capturing the feedback from plant and sites and prepare an action plan for improvement  - No of Quality complaints from Plant/Site  Coordination with Supply chain team:  - Finalizing technical requirements with new suppliers- like QAP, specification, and procedures, packaging scheme and customer specific requirements.  - Should drive cost reduction activity with Supply chain team.  - Introduction New Suppliers  - Meeting Cost reduction Targets.  Location: Dalian (China)  Note: Person should be currently based out in china
