Our client is a leading Retail Chain in India.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing multiple Store Operations and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, Motivation, Customer service delivery and retention of store staff

- To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store

- Planning & Organizing, Effective Store Operations and Performance

- To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations

- Implement Plans to maximize Sales and meet or exceed the budget

- Safety and Security & Petty Cash Management

- To lead and Motivate Store Team to Increase Sales and Efficiency by providing greater product knowledge

Candidate Profile:

- Graduates / Post-Graduates (MBAs preferred) with 15-20 years of experience along with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Retail (FMCG / Food & Grocery / Hospitality / QSR / Manufacturing) Operations.

- Experience in managing Multiple Store operations preferred.
