AGM/DGM/GM - Real Estate Liaison

Job description of Liaison person:

Qualification: BE/ Diploma from Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience, min 15 years in Real Estate Company

Should be familiar with various municipal rules and acts, Environmental Laws and the conditions etc.

Position: AGM/ DGM / GM

Experience to deal with

- Municipalities and other respective department fulfilling the pre-conditions for building plan approvals.

- Local municipal wards at various places.

- MSEDCL for power and Distribution Franchisee related works

- Police and Collector Office for Multiplex License and renewals related works

- MoEF and Pollution Control Boards for Environmental Clearance

- Public works and Road department for road repairs works

- Collector, Tehsildar Talathi for property card related work

- To guide Mall Liaison team wherever necessary.
