AGM/DGM/GM - Partnership Distribution - General Insurance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches.

Management Responsibilities

- Do Manpower Planning and work along with internal and external customers to meet the relationship plan

- Analyzing general insurance business potential, planning and executing strategies to drive distribution through Partnership channel for various segments

- Designing, organizing and monitoring National level activities for Partnership Channel for assigned partnerships

- To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Organisation brand and growing the Organisation brand.

Target Achievement

- Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches

- Create ownership at the branch level and to ensure the decentralized set up works

- Act as subject matter expert on Partnership Distribution products & processes for internal & bank partners

- Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget. Achieving Line wise Budgets and desired Product mix Should be adept at multi-tasking

- Be a leader for the Io's under, mentoring, motivating & problem solving

Sales Support

- Support the IO's in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc.

Relationship Management

- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the acquired accounts that will deliver agreed volume and profit targets.

- The bank is the key customer of the Incumbent and he/she has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Sr Management /Branch Managers/officers/staff.

- Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance

- Ensure that all service requirements are met and Internal / external customers are satisfied.
