- 12+ years of experience in Sales & Operations and has worked with MNC Fast Food Restaurants.

- Candidate from MNC Restaurant Chain - KFC, Dominos, Pizza Hut, McDonald.

- Candidate with multi industry exposure is preferred.

- Should be well versed with ASP, UTV and ATV and mystery audits etc.

- Study consumer preferences through research and share it with brands

- Ensure product availability

- Create promotions

- Recommendation of additional brands in the categories

- Influence value for money at stores Penetration Growth - Budget vs Actuals

- Create airport specific and new products; Constant focus on menu engineering UPT Growth – Budget vs Actuals

- Off airport outlets study to improve product offerings New products

- Work on cash till displays; Create visual merchandising for the product categories Impulse Products

- Establish people bench mark by category Mystery Audit Score
