AGM - Business Analytics - Predictive Analytics

Job Description

- Own the Business Analytics portfolio across multiple channels, products and segments. This includes reporting dashboards for KPIs and metrics for different functions, ad-hoc and strategic analyses that enables informed business decision making and cross-cutting analyses that brings synergies across various business segments.

- Define and prioritize analysis, reporting and data requirements by expected business impact and level of effort and drive consensus across functions and analytics.

- Own or influence timelines and resources for business analytics and data infrastructure projects and initiatives

- Be accountable for the performance, testing and validation of all business reporting, analyses and data quality

- Partner with stakeholders to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes.

- Comfortable translating business requirements into modelling and reporting projects, and explaining modelling outputs to business users

Required Candidate Skills

- Typically would have 7-9 years of experience in Business Analytics role and would have lead teams of analytics in the past.

- Strong technical and analytical skillset R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SpotFire, big data, Natural language Processing, Machine Learning, Cognitive Analytics

- Proficient in SQL and programming in at least one language (R preferred)

Stakeholder Management

Education & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance/Commerce, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economic Sciences, Computer Science or related field;

- Advanced/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics
