Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for transitioning traditional projects / accounts to waterfall
- Study / Assess and provide recommendations and get teams and organizations to adopt agile
- Will be involved in large transformation opportunities to do enterprise level transitioning to agile
- Teams moving to agile should be trained, coached and mentored on management (scrum) and technical/engineering practices like TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration
- Provide training to various roles - CxO to developer levels
- Provide solutions to teams moving to agile
- Support usage of tools - ALM or standalone
- Solution large RFPs - end to end on agile
- Thought leadership to clients
Experience 10 - 15 Years
Skills REQUIRED
- SaFe certified (SPC) and experience implementing SaFe methodology
- Expertise in agile and Lean ways of working at project and enterprise level
- Technically sound with hands on expertise in engineering practices like TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration
- Proven experience in having participated in large transformation agile programs - covering business, IT, projects and sr leadership
- Excellent assessment skills and solutioning mindset - should have done assessments at the enterprise level involving senior stakeholders like the Sponsor and other senior executives
- Can provide solutions and thought leadership to both new and experienced clients in agile
- Demonstrate leadership while working with cross-functional geographically distributed teams.
- A proven track record with strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with customized process orchestration using agileALM tools.
- Good oral/written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to our customers.
