To lead the entire Finance, Investor Relations and M&A portfolio   As Finance Head, manage full gamut of financial activities including periodic reporting (IGAAP/USGAAP/IndAS), Treasury, Taxation, Transfer Pricing (MAP, APA), Legal and Compliances Audits  Proactive Leader with proficiency in Strategic financial planning, designing and implementing systems for exercising greater control & management.  Expert in Assessing the Business Opportunities, Investments & Financial Resources Decisions and Sound Group Financial Resources Management.   Proficient in implementing various business intelligence models together with ERP implementation as a functional consultant.  Excellent in Analyzing existing systems & procedures, preparing strategic business/operational development plans for projects & programs, designing internal control systems, business process re-engineering, and implementation of business analytic tools to facilitate effective decision-making.  Preparation of Financial Reports for various Regulators/Stakeholders  Responsible for running the entire process of acquisition and divestment in our IVD Sector, ranging from initial market research, due diligence, valuation, Non-binding and Binding offer, execution of SPA and SHA, CPs, structuring and final closing  Evaluate financial feasibility for new business initiatives, capex proposals and business consolidation   Lead Investor Relations function comprising preparing presentations, communicating with analyst and Investor community, developing Investor Relations strategy and market cap improvement strategies   Perform a comprehensive benchmarking analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation  Analyze the financial performance of new strategic initiatives - product/ segment, geography etc.   Monitor and track business performance on a regular basis to take corrective measures as well as improve reporting and MIS  Develop reports summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecast  Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting operational initiatives   Prepare analysis like revenue & cost variance analysis, working capital analysis and cash flow analysis  Business model re-structuring and implementation with changing business dynamics -   Build strategic relationship with key stakeholders: Board of Directors, Investors, Credit Rating Agency, Bankers, Analysts and government agencies  Education requirements & Age  Professional Graduate - CA & CS Qualified, Age: Below 45 years   Specific knowledge & skills :   - Knowledge of modern accounting systems and reporting requirements  - Well versed with commercial and regulatory requirements for manufacturing sector  - Experience in supervising and controlling a multi-location (India & abroad) functional structure   - Must have experience in building prudent frameworks, policies & processes for implementation in financial, commercial and taxation areas   - Should have experience in at least 1 or 2 cycles of M & A/fund raising  - Must possess experience in effectively managing expectations of a Board consisting of diverse professionals/External Investors
