The Job Description is as follows:-
Principal Responsibilities
- Oversees, manages and coordinates the SAP LSO Development & support.
- Develop and/or follow program specifications
- Can adequately define scope and set expectations with Project Management
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects and strategies simultaneously.
- He or she will troubleshoot user issues
- In-depth knowledge of SAR HCM especially:
- SAP- Benefits
- SAP- US/UK Payroll
- SAP - PA including Mgt of Global Employees
- SAP - OM including Hierarchy Framework
- SAP - Time Management (Negative and Positive Time)(Optional)
- SAP LSO(Optional)
Job Summary
- Support the Benefit Administration
- Experience in US/UK Payroll
- Support the PA including Mgt of Global Employees
- Support the Global OM in SAP
- Support Time Management (Negative and Positive Time) in SAP
- Support the SAP Learning solution
Education
- BCA / BE in Information technology or related fields
- Master in IT or related fields a plus.
- SAP HCM certification preferred
Major Skills (Technical & soft skills)
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively in a multi-cultural, cross functional, international environment
- Ability to convey highly technical information to non-technical people
