We are looking for a dynamic marketing professionals preferably from eCommerce/ product industry for driving our SEM campaigns - Search & Display (primarily mobile).

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, team player with a deep desire to work in a high energy environment with high potential. This person will execute our marketing goals, primarily PPC/ SEM, to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Execute SEM strategy to increase online traffic multi-fold.

- Working on landing page creating tools like Unbounce, etc. to create mobile responsive landing pages

- Work in cross-functional team to develop the brand.

- Drive brand awareness and adoption, by spearheading various online campaigns on platforms like Google Adwords, Bing, etc.

- Leverage state of the art data analysis capabilities to enhance organization's position and competitiveness in the marketplace.

- Keep abreast of, and adopt latest trends and techniques in digital marketing for organization's benefit.

- Work on the integration of the Google platforms with 3rd party analytics and Affle's proprietary platforms.

Skills & Experience:

- 1-3 years of demonstrated excellence as a specialist in SEM/ PPC marketing/ GDN. Must have strong understanding of marketing techniques across all major marketing channels.

- A specialist with Google for mobile, and on top of all the basic Google search & optimization algorithms, including bidding, indexing, etc.

- A specialist you should scale up client's business. (Strategic bidding, budget management, campaign enhancement and optimization.)

- Hands-on expertise in Google Adwords, Bing adCenter, other ad networks including Fb, Google Adwords Editor, Analytics, Microsoft Excel, etc.

- A data-junkie. Your appetite/ love for number processing to make business out of them should be off the charts. In simple words, proven ability to gather, analyze and derive actionable insights from various data sources.

- Some experience in brand building through campaigns - PLA, Remarketing, RLSA, DSA, etc.; effective communication and, community-building activities etc. would be desirable.

- Must be aware of latest trends in digital media

- You must be able to thrive in chaos while being organized and detail oriented to be productive. Must be able to roll up the sleeves and do things.
