- Contribute to the set-up and review of internal governance structures
- Executing the Finance Governance methodology
- Support the day-to-day operations of the newly established Corporate Governance department by maintaining components of the enterprise-wide governance framework that facilitates and supports effective management decision-making and continuous improvement
- Propose internal rules, policies and procedures
- Analyzes benchmarking and best practices to make governance recommendations
- Problem solving on day-to-day issues
- Participate is special projects and perform other duties as assigned
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all corporate governance documents (i.e. bylaws, resolutions, policies, etc.)
- Six sigma black belt certified
- CA or MBA Finance is must
- Excellent communication skills and team management skills
