Position : Third Party Compliance Officer  Role : Ensuring compliance with Third Party Products regulations  Key responsibilities :   - Give inputs to various functions or business teams on their queries relating to regulatory interpretations pertaining to third party products  - Oversee effective implementation of requirements set forth in Third Party Products monitoring programs  - Assess annual Compliance Risk Assessment results and develop informed enterprise wide view of Third Party compliance risks.   - Regularly assess the effectiveness of Third Party Products monitoring requirements  - Analyze regulatory changes and pronouncements and provide guidance to partners on all new or changed requirements.  Other responsibilities :  - Reference point for seeking clarifications/ interpretations of statutory and regulatory guidelines  - Establish and manage regular reporting routines, including executive and board reporting  - Support enterprise-wide issue escalation processes   - Manage effective communications with stakeholders  - Participate in other activities and initiatives in Regulatory Compliance team
