Support design and conduct Job analysis and evaluation trainings programs across businesses and geographies to ensure adequacy of job evaluators in the Group.  2. Conduct and build capability through Train the trainer for the employee communication across various employee groups to ensure sufficient understanding of the process and there is smooth migration / integration of the process.  3. Support & implement various other methods of designing learning programmes on Job analysis and evaluation.   4. Effectively leverage technology for learning programmes in the areas of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Role Clarity interventions in businesses.  Provide necessary support in the Job Analysis and Evaluation implementation process across the Group.   Support in technology implementation (Job Evaluation Manager) for effective operations.  1. To support overall implementation across Businesses and Geographies.  2. Analyze existing ranges of scores / bands to ensure that structures are contemporary and reflective of changing Group / Business scenarios.  3. Work closely with Business HR teams to collect relevant information for evaluation / reevaluation.  4. Support JAE Green Initiative Capability Building through ongoing, focused programmes prior to B/CJEC and data base management increased and intended usage of JAE Green Initiative templates.  5. Facilitate JEM Capability Building for JAE Champions (Phase 1) and B/CJEC members (Phase 2) for wider usage of Job Evaluation Manager.  Build Systems and processes to enable businesses to implement JAE 	  1. Periodically Audit Job bands & Job descriptions and Job scores updation in Poornata ( Peoplesoft ERP).   2. Enable the process to consolidate benchmark jobs, coding of jobs, creation and modification of positions for robustness of position management data in Poornata (Peoplesoft ERP).  3. Provide support in design of policies and processes for JAE portfolio.  Structural Analytics 	  1. Analyze organizational structure of the businesses from the efficiency points covering areas of Span and gap analysis.  2.
