Qualification and experience : B.E/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science with 15 - 16 yrs. of experience or MCA with 12-14 yrs. of experience.  Job Role :   - Manage deployment/provisioning of Production Platforms for end customer services and identifications of key business requirements for IT Infrastructure with respect to Data Center/ Disaster Recovery Center IT Operations Site/Remote Information Security Quality Management and IT Projects to improve Services and meet Organizations Business Goals.  - Assist Head IT in building IT Strategy and provisioning Policies related to IT Processes Security and Infrastructure Architecture.  - High Availability of all Production Servers hosting Online Business Applications and improvement of IT services to users.   - Management of IT infrastructure services delivered IT team for Support and External Vendors.  - Plan and implement IT Infrastructure at Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center Hardware & Software Solution to deliver against related business requirements.  - Uptime maintenance on Data Center Servers Uptime maintenance on Disaster Recovery Servers Uptime maintenance on DC & DRS Facility-Planning and budgeting annual operational & Infrastructure budgets.  - Innovate & find opportunities for required & cost effective implementation of IT infrastructure.  - Identify Licensing requirements over varied domains and inline with compliances-Identify with Customer the business requirements for improvements on IT infrastructure and IT operation/ Facility Management and undertake projects based on the same to enhance business values.  - Service Delivery over Mail Application Database Internet Media Services and other IT Issues at site and Remote.  - Manage Project to deliver highest compliance levels on Information Security Maintain ISO 27001 Certification on the Scope defined  - Lead participation for the initiatives to improve business values from IT
