Manager/Sr. Manager - Qualified CA - Experience - 8-12 Years (Post Qualification)  Job Purpose:  To pro-actively support VAT & CST Manager in consulting the entire VAT function of the company at corporate level  Key Account abilities:  1.To assist VAT/CST Manager in formulating standard VAT/CST policies and detailed processes across all Businesses  2.To continuously monitor ABEX performance on compliance with VAT/CST and ensure SLA adherence. Review accurateness of tax computation and returns filing  3.Monitor the calculation of VAT/CST & ensure availing of input tax credit and tax refunds  4.Track adherence to processes and efficiency around VAT/CST  5.Monitor the calculation of VAT/CST on sales and ensure correct categorization  6.To assist VAT/CST manager in supporting IDT litigations related to VAT & CST liaising with external advisors and preparing the BU CFO (or other designated authority) for meeting with regulatory authorities  7.Provide support to VAT/CST Manager to ensure timely resolution of VAT/CST audit issues and assessment requirements  8.Participate in system development and improvement initiatives through timely and appropriate guidance  Note  Part A:  Name of candidate  Current Company  Current Designation  Education  Total Exp.  Rel.
