Head IT (Adani Capital Pvt. Ltd.)  Job Purpose :  - Develop the road map for IT Infrastructure, IT Application, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security in line with group IT guidelines.  - Aligning IT operations to business goals, understand business requirements and priorities, focus on future business needs after regular inputs from BU Head.  - Responsible & accountable for IT Demand Management & vendor Performance Management  - Building Business Intelligence with data & tools for decision making.  - Oversee IT delivery by ITO partner   Key Accountabilities :  1) Develop 3 years BU IT strategy & roadmap in consultation with BU Head,  2) Develop annual BU IT operating plan in alignment with BU business strategy.  3) Manage the infrastructure portfolio and ensure lights-on of infra operations  4) Provide application expertise in line with business domain specific applications and new technologies  5) Manage the Info Security landscape, spanning across applications and infrastructure components of the IT portfolio in line with group guidelines.   6) Support to manage the BU IT budget, including capital & operating expenses, for projects executed through specific IT vendors; track BU IT budget.  7) Derive business specific automation requirements & new IT projects that are specific to the business   8) Co-ordinate with Corporate IT and IT outsourcing partner for delivery and also to ensure compliance of policies and standards  9) Responsible for CSAT rating at least 4 out of 5.  Academics :   - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a premier institute is required  - Master's Degree / MBA in Information Systems or related field from a premier institute is preferred  Relevant Exp :  - Incumbent with minimum 15-18 years experience in NBFC/Bank in the Applications/technology deployment side. Required hands on experience in system evaluation implementation and life cycle..  - Should have implemented tech- initiatives on change management and automation, and have capabilities to establish the IT department from scratch of a diversified NBFC.  - Should have also supervised team for in house application/Software development for specific business needs.  - Prior experience in managing IT outsourcing operating model
