Key Deliverable:
Group Websites:
- Maintenance of all the group websites. Regular updation and management of content.
- Copy-edit and proof-read all web content.
- Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
- Track and report on all site metrics.
- Maintain track of generic email ids - media/info/feedback/subscription.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
- Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for All web properties.
Internal Portal:
- Maintenance of intranet portal.
- Work on enhancing portal features.
- Create & collate content and publish news on portal (daily & weekly).
Events & Exhibitions:
- Understand requirements specific to events & exhibition from respective stakeholders
- Ensure effective execution & maximum millage from event & exhibitions.
Projects:
- To participate in corporate communication projects assigned by HOD from time to time & adhere to the SLA/ TAT & deadlines
Role-specific Competencies:
- Understanding of Digital Media
- Branding (BTL)
- Event management
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer or IT
- Post-Graduation in Marketing/ Branding/ Communication
Relevance Experience:
- 4 years+
- Hands on experience in Social Media, Digital Media Buying, Digital campaigns, Online reputation management, Event management, Participation in trade shows and conferences.
