If you are looking to be part of a culture of excellence marked by editorial integrity and superior design, we invite you to explore this career opportunity and see how your talent and aspirations might fit within the organization  Job details :  - Provide 360 media solutions to clients across the areas of print, digital, video and on ground.  - Drive the month on month revenue strategy with the objective of maximizing sales whilst meeting yield growth targets  - Recognize & Identify creative brand solution opportunities and lead the project from ideation to closure.  - Maximize digital revenue through existing ad inventory, custom solutions, and native advertising.  - Develop & Execute supplements including concept development with editorial, production management with organization Factory, sales strategy and execution and P&L management with finance.  - To prepare publishing plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets.  - Implementing and maintaining an on-going program of new publications and cost-effective reprint program.  - To facilitate the best possible relationships with people and institutions within the industry; to encourage the involvement of the highest quality collaborators in our work.  Requirements :  - In depth understanding of the business scenario  - Brand fit corporate synergy and exposure to the premium lifestyle segment.  - A comprehensive knowledge of fashion and lifestyle  - Experience of managing professional staff  - Experience of the publishing industry  Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted based on years of experience.
