This is with a pharmaceuticals co at Hyderabad.  Role - Finance Controller (Associate Director)  Location - Hyderabad   Reporting to - BU Finance Head   Qualification - CA  Experience - 9 to 13 years  Purpose: To Manage & Control Financial/business operations of India with the objective of ensuring proper control, compliance, simplify and accounting with in corporate & statutory guidelines.   Key Responsibilities:   - The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities business:   - Monthly financial closure & analysis of various spends   - Rigorous review & monitoring of operating expenses / Expense breakup / LE report   - Review and enhance internal control for key processes; Ensure compliance to Internal SoPs   - SoX Audit / Internal & External Audits .Detailed Quarterly Analytical Review of P&L and Balance Sheet.   - Ensuring GL Hygiene   - Ensuring that the Business processes are operating smooth   - Evaluation of key tender opportunities   - Validation of Incentive payouts, Credit limit review, Controllers forum, etc   - Working closely with the CFT’s on process simplification & automation projects   Operating Network   Internal: Business team, SCM, Genpact, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Legal , Compliance   External: Auditors   Experience Required: Atleast 8 to 10 years of experience in key areas of finance (E.g. Financial Management, Accounting and book keeping, Costing, Budgeting, Auditing, Process setup and monitoring etc.)   Key Personal Attributes   - Good communication, networking and influencing skills. Capable of understanding the business rationale / nexus   - Very good reasoning and analytical ability   - Eye for detail, Number oriented and capable of utilizing SAP and MS-Office tools with high proficiency  Pinki Negi (GCMS)
