The transformation from an IP solutions provider to IP asset manager makes it a first-in-class business model.   Key responsibilities  - Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.  - Responsible for working with the CFO for all the financial and management reporting functions, ensures timely and quality excellence in reporting, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, transfer pricing, adherence to accounting policies, reporting, cash management, taxation and financial systems  - Leading a team managing functions including accounting, controllership, procurement, taxation and Risk & Compliance.   - Establishes strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external). Escalates issues to the Senior Management on a timely manner and explains financial significance on various business decisions.   - Focal point of contact for all business deal evaluation & approvals including deal structuring etc. Responsible for managing evaluation of customer proposals and bids; and deliver independent financial support and governance across all business lines.   - Identifying and preparing the Company for changes arising out any changes in Law or Accounting Practices  Person Specification  Business/Technical skills & experience:   - Should be well versed in managing the entire gamut of finance operations comprising of accounting, taxation, compliance, treasury, transfer pricing etc.   - Well versed with Indian GAAP & US GAAP   - Strong exposure to a B2B environment  - Should keep himself / herself abreast with the new evolving financial/business models.   - Effectiveness and comfort in working and communicating with employees at all levels and in a geographically-dispersed business environment.  - High influencing and communication skills, combined with the stature and experience to effectively represent the Company before a variety of audiences.  - High standard of business ethics. High levels of initiative and personal accountability.  Qualifications  - Chartered Accountant with minimum 12+ years of relevant finance & accounting experience preferably in the Services Sector.
